We start by preparing the shirt collar, which we will crochet together with the body later on.

COLLAR

With yellow color yarn chain 18. Skip the first 2 chains and start,

1 row  16 inc hdc, chain 2 and connect wiht a slip stitch in the   last chain.

• Cut the yarn and fasten it off. Leave on the side for now.

LEGS

With white yarn, start:

1 rnd    6sc in magic ring

2 rnd  6inc Total 12sts

3 rnd  12bpsc

4 rnd  12sc

• Cut the yarn and fasten it off. Make another one.

• Don’t cut the yarn of the second leg.

• Change to blue color yarn, chain 1 and continue,

• Connect the two legs by inserting the loop of the needle inside one stitch of the first leg, following,

5 rnd   26sc

6 rnd  1sc, (5sc, 1inc) repeat 2 times, 1sc, (5sc, 1inc) repeat 2 times Total 30sts

8 rnd    (5sc, 1inc) repeat 6 times Total 42sts

HEAD

For the next round, you are going to crochet together with the collar. Find the stitch number 7 and mark it. Crochet together from the stitch number 8 of the collar.

17 rnd  9sl with the collar, 2sl, 7sl with the collar

Note: If your starting stitch is in a different position than mine, find the two central stitches of the body. Count how many stitches are from the 2 central stitches to the end of the round. In my case, it was 7. And so I started crocheting together from the stitch number 8 of the collar.
